Virtual tour of the infamous Jenna Lyons' office. Organized clutter at its best.
Yesterday wrapped up the last of the holiday orders. Good gracious, it felt good packaging the last one! My hands are numb and my fingers callused - and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you all for your tremendous support this holiday season!
Our kitchen table made one heck of a shipping station. The last of the bags and tassels waiting to be tagged, wrapped, and shipped!
Mini Folds all in a row. Check out the new packaging labels!
I wish you and your loved ones a Happy Holiday! Safe travels to those of you visiting family!
As I've mentioned before, I love seeing what's in people's handbags! You can tell a lot about someone by the fun little findings at the bottom of their bag. So, I thought it would be interesting to have an ongoing blog post where Lulu Lovers spilled their handbag essentials. If you follow along on Twitter you probably already know about my not-so-secret adoration for Ashley from One Fine Day. I start every morning with a cup of coffee and her latest post....you can't help but be inspired by her bright and cheerful blog. She is currently living in Hawaii in an ADORABLE home called Lil' Puna. I just love her chic and playful style. So when she agreed to to be the first for Spill It I was thrilled:)
So with out further ado...
Ashley, What's in your Lulu?!
Kate Spade Wallet: I'm a sucker for a vibrant shade of green and the polka-dot lining makes this wallet even sweeter!
iPhone: I never thought I could be so attached to a tech device, and then I was introduced to the iPhone. It's absolutely pathetic, but the phone is oodles of fun! Obsessed might be an understatement.
Car Keys: With my colorful and stylish Tassel Key Chain, I don't mind searching for my keys anymore.
Dior Addict Lipstick in Dior Kiss: It's creamy with long-lasting beautiful color.
Bobbi Brown Lip Balm: I live in Hawaii so it's important that I constantly apply some sort of balm with SPF. This one's my favorite!
Altoids Smalls: The curiously strong peppermint is a must.
MoMA Pen: I got this when I visited the MoMA this past December. It's a fun little memento and comes in handy.
Thanks, Ashley! xo

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed lots of good food and tons of family time!
I am still soaking up some extended time with loved ones in Philadelphia. Tomorrow I am off to New York for the day and then heading back to DC!
Tomorrow is the biggest online shopping day of the year, but I thought why wait?! As a small token of my appreciation for your continuous support over this past year, all orders will receive free shipping when you enter FREESHIP12 at checkout!
Thank you!! xo
Just in time for the holidays a fantastic new Lulu Foldover in cognac has been added. This is a a bit of a switch from the lambskin...the cognac leather has a nice smooth distressed look and the more you use it the better it will become. Who doesn't love that?
When creating a new bag, I always enjoy experimenting with the tassels. For this one, I am crazy about the 4.5 " olive tassel. I am looking forward to pairing this with boots and winter sweaters!
(Through holiday the 7" tassels will come standard on all other foldovers, however you can email me if you would like it shortened email@example.com)
Don't forget to check out the new Croc Lulu!!
Don't forget to check out the new Croc Lulu!!
**Remember, holiday orders need to be placed by December 1st (international) and December 5th (domestic)**
I walked into Starbucks this morning and was delighted to see they are already in full holiday mode! Next week there will be a few additions to the line - really loving the croco Lulu below. It is made of a beautiful embossed leather that is more sturdy and structured than the lambskin Lulu.
In order to have your orders to you by Christmas, all international orders need to be placed by December 1st and domestic orders will need to be placed by December 5th. So it doesn't leave much more time!
Once bags are sold out they will not be restocked until after the new year. Some of the bags have already begun to sell out so be sure to order soon if a special someone has put it on her list ;)
The Lango Messenger is unfortunately sold out and will be back in the new year. As always, I would love to hear from you if you have any questions! You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you follow me on Instagram you saw me sporting it a few weeks ago with my beloved poppy pants!
Have a great weekend!!

Since launching FW12 things around here have been pretty busy! Thank you for all of your support! Orders and kind emails have been flowing in and I couldn't feel more blessed. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate emails and pictures - it is such a nice little pick me up through out the day.
Here is a picture of the wall of orders. These are bags ready to be matched with their tassel and shipped out! Hopefully soon it will be packed full of bags ready to be ordered which will decrease the wait time. Until then, thank you for your patience while I create your bag just for you:)
Tons of color, Prisma markers, and Washi tape make things a bit more fun - don't you think?
I love toting everything I own when I go anywhere. My current bag of choice these days has been the Lango Messenger. The convenient little detachable wallet allows me to keep my phone and lipgloss handy. I cleaned up the contents a bit for the picture...I don't know how I accumulate so many tissues and gum wrappers! I always love seeing the contents of people's bags. If you have a Blair Ritchey bag, spill out your contents and send me a picture (email@example.com)!
Here is a sneak peek of two bags from the Fall|Winter 2012 line that will be arriving later this week. I am really excited about the new pieces. The delay on the launch is due to backordered hides, which will hopefully be coming in very soon! There are a few upcoming events and large wholesale orders that have caused the low inventory, the site will be restocked with the launch this week!
The lookbook that J.T. Liss took pictures for back in May will be coming out a little later and it will include a few holiday bags.
A lot of new and exciting things happening in the next several weeks - stay tuned!
The perfect bag for all of you big bag lovers. It comes with a detachable wallet that transforms into a wristlet by attaching the leather looped zipper pull. Pretty functional, huh?
Something new and fun has arrived! A pint size version of the popular Lulu Foldover! It is fun, versatile and perfect in every way.
I wore it to my girlfriend's wedding this past weekend and paired it with this bright cobalt silk dress. I loved the coral pop against the bright blue - it was such a nice switch from my black dresses. I was scolded last time at a wedding for wearing black "This is a celebration, not a funeral!" So I took the advice, went bright and loved it.
Check out the Mini Lulu Foldover here!
Canvas Bronwyn Shopper (includes fun little detachable pouch!)
More totes, pouches, and options coming :)
I'm spending this weekend in Chicago with three of my closest friends. Before dashing off to the airport I thought I would do a quick post! This is a recap of the last few weeks via Instagram. My most exciting part was the photo shoot in NY with J.T.Liss! What a day and I could not be more excited about how the pictures came out. Check out his website here to see his other work.
Have a Have a great weekend!
Over the past few months since starting my business I have connected with some of the coolest bloggers, boutique owners, and designers from all over the world - not to mention some of the kindest new Lulu owners:) The core of my new connections have been from Vancouver, Canada. I have a little inside peek of their fashion world via their Twitter and Instagrams - it has quickly become one of my top cities to visit in the very near future. Georgia Heraty, the creative genius behind Social Experiment - one of a kind cocktail rings - sent me one of her coveted rings. I loved it so much, I wanted to share a few pics.
You can view her beautiful collection here.

I love her packaging.
Some more of her beautiful rings.
Gorgeous, huh? :)
Follow her on Twitter for up to date info on her line.
Perfect little accessories for traveling in style.
The online store will be closed for the next few days while the new items are added.
What do you think of the new homepage :) I have always adored my mom's vintage suitcase - it was perfect for the picture.

I hope all of you are having a great week - in PA we are having some unusually beautiful weather the past two days, so no complaining here!
I will be spending all next week at this fun little resort in Cancun. I am really looking forward to sipping girly drinks and catching up on my large stack of magazines ;) Unfortunately every time we leave, it snows here - so fingers crossed this year is different.
While I am gone you can still place orders, however any order placed after 2/2 will not be shipped until after 2/16.
I look forward to adding new bags when I get back!
See you soon! xo
Between completing orders this weekend I finally completed the Foldover Lulu and keychains for SP12. Here are a few quick pictures.
A convenient little strap for when your Foldover Lulu is too full to fold over.
When it is folded, you can slip your hand through the strap for a more comfortable hold.
Or simply fold it on the opposite side to hide the strap.
More pictures to come:)
